On March 10th 2010, a cast of 60 dancers and models took to the Corona Theatre stage for the 16th annual fashion show, raising over $45,000 for colorectal cancer research. Over 60 dedicated volunteers led by producers Jillian Levi and Marissa Rosen participated in this moving event. The title of this show “16 Candles” represented 1 candle to be lit by someone affected by cancer. This included the 10-committee members, in addition to 6 others who had been affected in our community. The Choreographies for the dances and runway scenes were like no other and everyone danced with the cause at heart. Everybody has been affected by cancer and this year’s fashion show brought out the hope and determination that one day, we will be able to find a cure!
